Our development practice explores land acquisition opportunities in key urban areas that are transit oriented and have the need for affordable housing and community services. We create improved models of sustainable, mixed use projects and enhance these with community serving elements such as schools, libraries and health clinics to increase economic development and improve the wellbeing of the resident and their neighborhoods.
