The WBE firm has a pipeline of over 1000 affordable housing units with $600 million dollars in combined cost of current and completed construction projects for local sponsors. The firm is an innovator in developing mixed-use, mixed-income, “walkable” urban housing with high-quality, and energy-efficient infill properties throughout the city of New York and beyond. Many of the company’s projects include strategic partnerships with leading financial institutions, government agencies such as New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) and New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC), not-for-profit companies, and faith-based organization
